There is a video made by a friend of mine from a car window while riding along the street in Hanoi. Unidentified electropop song (very good! who sings?) was playing along, great graffities on the walls too.
UPD: This proved to be Inez - Stronger (Original Club Mix). No enigma anymore, great video still, the town is Viet Tri, this is a big town north to Hanoi. По-русски произносится Вьет Чи.
